The EXFO FTB-1 Pro fitted with the FTB-730Gv2-SM8-OPM module, supporting 1310/1550 nm and 1650 nm live iOLM testing. Unit is in good condition, tested and within specification. MFD 2016. Note: plastic around the standing legs is broken. Only iOLM is active.
Connector ports: APC-SC (1650 nm live port) and FC (1310/1550 nm non-live port) — adapters are interchangeable by unscrewing.

The EXFO FTB-1 Pro is a compact, portable modular test platform designed for optical field testing applications. It accepts plug-in FTB-series test modules and provides a powerful, ergonomic solution for outside plant and in-building fibre characterisation.
The FTB-730Gv2 single-mode OTDR module with integrated optical power meter (OPM) is designed for testing single-mode fibres at 1310 nm, 1550 nm, and 1650 nm. The 1650 nm wavelength enables live fibre testing (iOLM on active networks) without disrupting service. The iOLM (interactive Optical Link Mapper) software application automates the acquisition and event analysis process, intelligently characterising all events along the fibre link and presenting results in a simplified, easy-to-read map format suitable for both expert and non-expert technicians.
