Used EXFO FTB-1 Pro mainframe fitted with the FTB-730Gv2-SM8-OPM module. Manufactured in 2016. In good condition with screen protector fitted, tested and within specification. Only the iOLM application is licensed and active. The SM8 module features an APC-SC connector on the 1650 nm live port and an FC connector on the 1310/1550 nm non-live port; both adapters are field-replaceable by unscrewing.

The EXFO FTB-730Gv2-SM8-OPM is a singlemode PON FTTx/MDU OTDR module for the FTB-1 Pro platform, belonging to the FTB-700G V2 series — an all-in-one optical, Ethernet and multiservice test solution. The SM8 optical configuration provides a standard 1310/1550 nm OTDR port plus a dedicated 1650 nm out-of-band live-fibre port, enabling in-service troubleshooting of active networks without disrupting live traffic. The integrated broadband in-line optical power meter (OPM) allows simultaneous power measurements on the same port. The module supports the iOLM (intelligent Optical Link Mapper) application, which uses a patented automated multi-pulse, multi-wavelength acquisition approach to deliver expert-level link characterisation without the need to manually configure OTDR parameters or interpret complex traces.

The FTB-1 Pro platform is a compact, modular, Windows-based field tester with a large colour touchscreen, designed for dedicated optical, Ethernet and multiservice test applications. It supports EXFO Connect for cloud-based automated asset management and centralised test data reporting.

• CUSTOMS AND TAXES: It is YOUR responsibility to liaise with customs in your country and ensure your package is cleared and any taxes are paid.

• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.
• Insurance: All shipments are insured. In case of damage, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence, please also ensure a report is logged with the delivery driver.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is not as specified, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, and the email should include the order number, date and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than not as specified.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is not as specified, in which case we will arrange a prepaid return label.
