The EMSCAN RFxpert RFX (Model 3000-0603, also known as RFX-63) is a compact, real-time benchtop antenna measurement system designed for wireless engineers and antenna designers who need rapid, reliable antenna characterisation without access to an anechoic chamber.

RFxpert measures the magnetic field (H-field) in two orthogonal directions using its array of automatically switched H-field probes, then projects the data to the far field using planar aperture distribution to angular spectrum (plane wave spectrum, PWS) transformation. A proprietary compensation algorithm eliminates predictable coupling effects and accounts for probe response to deliver highly accurate results.

The system is widely used by smartphone manufacturers, antenna manufacturers, military subcontractors, consumer electronics companies, and universities.
