Condition: Used
This tested and working Dräger Oxylog 3000 (manufactured 2008) presents with multiple enabled ventilation modes active, making it ready for a wide range of patient scenarios straight from the box. With only 476 operating hours recorded, this is a low-hours example of one of the most widely trusted transport ventilators in emergency and critical care.
Included with this unit:
• Power adapter
• Ventilation hose
The Dräger Oxylog 3000 is a time-cycled, volume-controlled and pressure-controlled emergency and transport ventilator for patients requiring mandatory or assisted ventilation with a tidal volume from 50 mL upwards. Designed for use both in-hospital and in the field, it supports a wide range of patients and medical conditions through volume- and pressure-based ventilation modes for controlled, synchronised or spontaneous ventilation.
The Oxylog 3000 is driven by a high-pressure gas supply — no internal blower is required — making the unit light, compact and easy to carry. It is spray-proof, drop-resistant (rated to withstand falls from up to 75 cm), suitable for use in helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft, and functions across extreme temperature ranges.
Ventilation Modes: VC-CMV (IPPV), VC-AC (IPPVAssist), VC-SIMV, Spn-CPAP (/PS), PC-BIPAP
Tidal Volume: 0.05 to 2.0 L (BTPS)
Respiratory Rate: 2 to 60 breaths/min (VC-SIMV, PC-BIPAP); 5 to 60 breaths/min (VC-CMV, VC-AC); 12 to 60 breaths/min for apnoea ventilation
Oxygen Concentration (FiO2): 40 to 100 Vol.% (continuously adjustable)
Inspiratory Pressure: PEEP + 3 to +55 mbar
PEEP/CPAP: 0 to 20 mbar
Inspiratory Time: 0.2 to 10 seconds
Inspiratory Flow: Up to 100 L/min at supply pressures >350 kPa / 51 PSI; 80 L/min at <350 kPa; 39 L/min at <270 kPa
Apnoea Alarm Time: Adjustable 15 to 60 seconds
Battery: Smart lithium-ion internal battery; up to 4 hours operation
Operating Temperature: -20 to +50°C (basic device)
Atmospheric Pressure Range: 570 to 1200 hPa (17 to 35 in. Hg)
Relative Humidity: 5 to 95%
EMC: In accordance with IEC/EN 60601-1-2:2001 and ISO 10651-3
Airworthiness: RTCA DO-160D, sections 7, 8 & 21
Mechanical Strength: MIL STD 810F, method 514.5
MDD Classification: Class IIb
Optional features include AutoFlow (volume-controlled ventilation with minimised peak inspiratory pressure), 100% O2 flush, O2 inhalation, and integrated mainstream capnography (etCO2 monitoring). The intuitive Dräger rotary knob interface follows the select-adjust-confirm paradigm, with a large high-contrast display showing real-time flow and pressure curves, alarm signals, and all ventilation parameters at a glance.
