The Dionex AS40 Automated Sampler is a low-cost, metal-free, rugged automated sample loading device designed for ion chromatography applications. It provides high-performance automated sample processing and combines standard autosampler functions with automated sample pretreatment capabilities. Compatible with the Dionex DX-500, ICS-90, DX-100, and related IC systems, the AS40 can also be used as a standalone unit.

- Metal-free flow path eliminates corrosion and metal contamination
- Disposable PolyVial sample vials in both 0.5 mL and 5 mL sizes
- 20 micron filter caps automatically filter samples during delivery
- Sample can be loaded to loops or concentrator columns
- Bypass (bleed) valve displaces excess sample or trapped air before sampling
- Rinse vials can be placed anywhere in the sampling sequence
- Output relay function indicates when an autosampler load is completed
- Simple front-panel layout for ease of use
- Up to three injections per vial
