The Megger DLRO200 is a high-current digital low resistance ohmmeter (microhmmeter) designed for precise measurement of DC resistances from 0.1 µΩ to 999.9 mΩ, delivering test currents from 10 A up to 200 A DC. Built and made in England by Megger Limited, it is widely used for testing circuit breaker contacts, switch contacts, busbar joints, and other applications where high test current is required to achieve accurate low resistance readings. The four-terminal (Kelvin) measurement technique cancels the resistance of the test leads from the measurement, ensuring highly accurate results.

The Megger DLRO200 is an AC-powered, high-current digital low resistance ohmmeter (microhmmeter) designed to measure DC resistances from 0.1 µΩ to 1 Ω at test currents up to 200 A DC. It is the instrument of choice for testing circuit breaker contacts, switch contacts, busbar joints, and other applications requiring high current for accurate low-resistance measurement.

The DLRO200 uses a four-terminal (Kelvin) measurement technique to cancel test lead resistance from the result. Three test modes — Normal, Auto, and Continuous — provide flexibility for a wide range of applications. In Auto mode, the instrument detects lead connection automatically and initiates the test without pressing the TEST button, making it highly efficient for testing multiple joints in sequence.

A large backlit alphanumeric LCD displays all test parameters and results simultaneously. The full alphanumeric keypad enables direct entry of the required test current, upper and lower pass/fail limits, and annotation of stored results. Up to 300 sets of results can be stored in on-board memory and downloaded to a PC or printed via the RS232 port.

The compact, portable design weighs less than 15 kg, making it equally suitable for workshop, production floor, and field use. The unit carries an IP54 ingress protection rating.
