Fujikura 70S Fusion Splicer

The Fujikura 70S is the world’s fastest and most robust core alignment fusion splicer. Incorporating proven ruggedized features pioneered by Fujikura, the 70S adds automated and enhanced user controls to increase splicing efficiency.

A user-programmable automated wind protector expedites the splicing process by automatically closing to initiate the splice and opening upon completion. Auto-open sheath clamps release the fiber after the tensile test, and a clamshell-design tube heater provides heat on both sides of the splice sleeve, reducing shrink time to 14 seconds. Total splice process time is approximately 21 seconds.

The 70S also features a mirror-less optical system, a severe-impact resistant monitor, and a battery capable of 200 splice/shrink cycles. Its transit case doubles as a built-in or mobile workstation for added convenience.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is 'not as specified', you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, the email should accompany the order number, date and reason for return and must be within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than 'not as specified'.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
