The Fujikura FSM-70R (model designation FSM-70R) is a rugged, high-performance ribbon arc fusion splicer designed for single-fibre and ribbon optical fibre applications up to 12 fibres. It incorporates a precision fixed V-groove splicing platform together with automated user-control features to maximise splicing efficiency in telecom, FTTx, and data centre environments.

A user-programmable automated wind protector automatically closes to initiate the splice process and opens upon completion, reducing the manual steps required. The auto-start clamshell tube heater applies heat simultaneously to both sides of the splice protection sleeve, delivering a 40-second shrink time for 12-fibre ribbon and a total splice cycle of approximately 55 seconds. Ruggedness and durability are enhanced by a mirror-less optical system and severe-impact-resistant monitor.

CT-30 Fibre Cleaver (included accessory):
The Fujikura CT-30 is a high-precision fibre cleaver compatible with single-fibre and ribbon fibre up to 12 fibres. Its 16-position circular blade with three height levels delivers up to 48,000 single-fibre cleaves or 4,000 12-fibre ribbon cleaves before replacement. Typical cleave angle: <0.5°. Compatible with all AFL Fujikura fusion splicers.

RS03 Thermal Ribbon Fibre Stripper (included accessory):
The Fujikura RS03 is a battery-powered thermal stripper designed for single and multi-fibre ribbon stripping. Compatible with 200 µm to 400 µm coated fibres without blade replacement. Features a 3-second heating time, Bluetooth connectivity for smartphone parameter control, audible beep and LED ready signal, and a high-capacity Li-ion battery rated for approximately 600 stripping cycles.

• Shipping Costs: These are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination and package dimensions.
• CUSTOMS AND TAXES: It is YOUR responsibility to liaise with customs in your country and ensure your package is cleared and any taxes are paid.
• Shipping Destinations: We ship worldwide.
• Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.
• Insurance: All shipments are insured. In case of damage, please contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving the product with photographic evidence, please also ensure a report is logged with the delivery driver.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is 'not as specified', you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, the email should accompany the order number, date and reason for return and must be within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than 'not as specified'.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is 'not as specified', in this case we will arrange for the return by way of a prepaid shipping label.
