The EXFO FOT-930 MaxTester is a multifunction loss tester designed for network service providers, network installers, and CATV operators. It delivers fully automated loss test results in under 10 seconds for up to three wavelengths, along with automatic ORL and fibre-length measurement. Combining up to eight instruments in a single ergonomic handheld package, the FOT-930 reduces the need for multiple tools and shortens technician training time.

The instrument integrates a light source, power meter, optical return loss (ORL) meter, visual fault locator (VFL), full-duplex digital talk set, video fibre inspection probe, and fibre-length meter. A large high-resolution colour display and up to nine hours of battery autonomy make it well suited to demanding field environments.

The FOT-930 supports single-mode testing at two or three wavelengths depending on the installed module. The FOT-932-4 external power meter module adds the 1625 nm wavelength capability for live-fibre and CWDM testing. The instrument is compatible with FTTx (FTTH/FTTP) passive optical networks (PONs) and complies with ITU-T G.983 and G.984 series recommendations and IEEE 802.3ah.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is 'not as specified', you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, the email should accompany the order number, date and reason for return and must be within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than 'not as specified'.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is 'not as specified', in this case we will arrange for the return by way of a prepaid shipping label.
