A low-usage Bio-Rad QX200 AutoDG ddPCR system tested and confirmed fully functional. The Automated Droplet Generator was manufactured in 2019 and the QX200 Droplet Reader in 2016. A laptop has been pre-loaded with QX Manager Software; the software confirms calibration of the QX200 is OK. Minor cosmetic imperfections are present but do not affect performance. Please note the reader requires approximately 15 minutes to warm up before use.

Bio-Rad QX200 AutoDG Droplet Digital PCR (ddPCR) System

The QX200 AutoDG Droplet Digital PCR System provides absolute quantification of target DNA or RNA molecules for EvaGreen and probe-based ddPCR applications. The system combines the Automated Droplet Generator (AutoDG) with the QX200 Droplet Reader to deliver a streamlined, high-throughput digital PCR workflow.

Automated Droplet Generator (AutoDG) — Cat. #1864101:
The AutoDG Instrument partitions each sample in a 96-well PCR plate into approximately 20,000 uniform nanoliter-sized droplets in which nucleic acid molecules are randomly distributed. Every droplet serves as an individual PCR reaction. After partitioning, the plate is sealed with the PX1 Plate Sealer and PCR is run to endpoint in a thermal cycler.

QX200 Droplet Reader — Cat. #1864003 / #17005228:
The QX200 Droplet Reader counts PCR-positive and PCR-negative droplets using a two-colour optical detection system to complete the second step of the ddPCR workflow. Droplets are sipped and a singulator streams them single-file past the detector.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is 'not as specified', you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, the email should accompany the order number, date and reason for return and must be within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than 'not as specified'.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is 'not as specified', in this case we will arrange for the return by way of a prepaid shipping label.
