The BD FACSCelesta™ Cell Analyzer is a benchtop multicolor flow cytometer designed to make multicolor flow cytometry more accessible. It is the first flow cytometer optimised by design to work with BD Horizon Brilliant™ dyes, enabling detection and analysis of up to 14 parameters in a single sample. The BVR configuration pairs a blue (488 nm), violet (405 nm), and red (640 nm) laser to support a broad range of fluorochrome combinations while minimising spectral spillover. The optical and electronics system — including lasers, filters, detectors, and signal processing — is engineered specifically for use with BD Horizon Brilliant™ dyes. Detector arrays consist of compact polygons housing photomultiplier tubes (PMTs) behind bandpass filter assemblies, with dichroic mirrors directing light to the appropriate detectors.

The BD FACSCelesta platform is offered in four configurations (BV, BVR, BVUV, BVYG). All share blue (488 nm) and violet (405 nm) lasers, paired with a choice of third laser depending on application. The BVR configuration adds a red (640 nm) laser, which optimally excites APC and APC-based tandem dyes, enabling markers to be spread across more lasers and reducing overall compensation requirements.

• Shipping Methods: We offer Expedited Shipping to all destinations using UPS/DHL/Fedex/Royal Mail and other reputable carriers.

• CUSTOMS AND TAXES: It is YOUR responsibility to liaise with customs in your country and ensure your package is cleared and any taxes are paid.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is not as specified, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, and the email should include the order number, date and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than not as specified.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is not as specified, in which case we will arrange a prepaid return label.
