The Applied Biosystems StepOnePlus Real-Time PCR System is a 96-well, 4-colour quantitative real-time PCR instrument designed for both first-time and experienced users. Utilising a robust LED-based optical system, the StepOnePlus delivers precise, quantitative real-time PCR results for a variety of genomic research applications including gene expression analysis, SNP genotyping, pathogen detection, viral load analysis, miRNA expression, and translocation analysis.

The system features VeriFlex Block technology, providing six independently controllable temperature zones to optimise thermal cycling conditions for primers and probes annealing at different temperatures. The long-life blue LED excitation source illuminates all 96 wells simultaneously and is rated for up to ten years of continuous use, virtually eliminating the need for replacement. Fluorescence emission is detected through filters on a photodiode across four channels.

The StepOnePlus supports both fast and standard cycling modes and can be operated as a standalone instrument (PC-free), via a directly connected PC, or via a PC connected to a local area network (LAN) for remote monitoring and email notification. Each system is factory-calibrated for optical and thermal accuracy. The StepOne Software supports multiple analysis methods including Comparative Ct, Standard Curve, Relative Standard Curve, Genotyping/Presence-Absence, Melt Curve Analysis, and High-Resolution Melt (HRM) with optional software package.

• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
