Minor cosmetic imperfections are present but do not affect performance. The system is supplied with a dedicated PC running QuantStudio Absolute Q software and a MAP16 Digital PCR Kit. The Applied Biosystems QuantStudio Absolute Q Digital PCR System is a plate-based digital PCR (dPCR) platform powered by proprietary Microfluidic Array Plate (MAP) technology. All steps required for dPCR — compartmentalisation, thermal cycling, and data acquisition — are integrated into a single instrument. The workflow mirrors a familiar qPCR process, requiring only one hands-on step of under five minutes, with results available in as little as 90 minutes.

The MAP16 plate uses microinjection-moulded technology to distribute samples across over 20,480 fixed-volume microchambers per reaction, analysing over 95% of the loaded sample volume — significantly higher than the 25–60% typical of other dPCR platforms. The system supports up to 4-plex detection across 5 optical channels (ROX used as QC reference), enabling multiple targets to be measured per sample simultaneously.

The QuantStudio Absolute Q Digital PCR Software provides intuitive experiment setup, real-time monitoring, and comprehensive data analysis with security, auditing, and e-signature features to support 21 CFR Part 11 compliance. Applications include liquid biopsy and oncology mutation detection, viral titer quantification, wastewater surveillance, gene expression, copy number variation, and rare variant detection.

• Shipping Costs: These are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method, destination and package dimensions.
• CUSTOMS AND TAXES: It is YOUR responsibility to liaise with customs in your country and ensure your package is cleared and any taxes are paid.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is not as specified, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, and the email should include the order number, date and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than not as specified.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
