The Anritsu 36582KKF is part of the 3658 Series 2-Port AutoCal automatic calibrator family. The AutoCal modules provide fast, repeatable, and high-quality coaxial VNA calibrations by containing precisely characterised internal calibration standards. The module is inserted between the VNA test ports and, under software or VNA control, automatically sequences through all required calibration states.

The 36582KKF is the mechanical-switch variant, using electro-mechanical actuators to exchange calibration standards. This gives it the highest frequency coverage in the AutoCal range and includes internal isolation standards, enabling full port-isolation measurement without any manual steps — unlike electronic-switch models which require a separate manual isolation measurement.

The module is compatible with Anritsu 360B and 37000 Series Vector Network Analysers equipped with a serial interface and firmware version 3.23 or later, and with any Anritsu MS462XX Vector Network Measurement System (VNMS). It can also be controlled via a PC running appropriate AutoCal software.
