Tested and fully functional Agilent N6733B 50 W DC power module with Option 760 (output disconnect and polarity reversal relays) fitted. Cosmetic imperfections are present but do not affect performance. Supplied as a module only — requires a compatible N6700 or N6705 series mainframe.

The Keysight (Agilent) N6733B is a basic-performance DC power module for the N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System and N6705 DC Power Analyzer families. It occupies a single module slot and provides programmable voltage and current output with integrated measurement and protection features, making it suitable for powering devices under test (DUT) and ATE system resources such as fixture control. Up to four modules can be installed in a 1U mainframe, enabling flexible multi-output configurations.

Option 760 adds output disconnect and polarity reversal relays, allowing the output and sense terminals to be disconnected and the output polarity to be switched programmatically.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is not as specified, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, and the email should include the order number, date and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than not as specified.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
