The adapter converts the 50 Ω AutoProbe II interface found on Infiniium V, 90000 X-Series, 90000 Q-Series, and Z-Series oscilloscopes to a 1 MΩ AutoProbe I input, enabling use of a broad range of high-impedance probes.

Keysight N5449A High-Impedance Adapter

The N5449A is a high-impedance adapter designed for use with Keysight Infiniium V-Series, 90000 X-Series, 90000 Q-Series, and Z-Series oscilloscopes. It allows connection of probes that require a high-impedance (1 MΩ) input to oscilloscopes equipped with a 50 Ω AutoProbe II interface, converting the port to a 1 MΩ AutoProbe I input. Compatible probes include high-impedance passive probes, the 1147B or N2893A AC/DC current probe, and the N2790A high voltage differential probe.

Keysight N2873A Passive Probe (included)

The N2873A is a 500 MHz, 10:1 passive probe from the Keysight N2870A Series. It features a compact 2.5 mm probe head diameter and low input capacitance, making it well suited for probing densely populated IC components and surface-mount devices in high-speed digital applications. The spring-loaded probe tip helps maintain contact with the device under test, and the standard flat-blade ground connector with self-adhesive copper ground pad helps minimise ground inductance. All N2870A Series probes are automatically recognised when connected to Keysight InfiniiVision and Infiniium Series oscilloscopes with 1 MΩ input.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is 'not as specified', you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, the email should accompany the order number, date and reason for return and must be within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than 'not as specified'.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is 'not as specified', in this case we will arrange for the return by way of a prepaid shipping label.
