The Keysight N2873A is a new, unused passive probe from the N2870A Series, supplied complete with its full accessory set as standard. With a 500 MHz bandwidth, 10:1 attenuation, and compact 2.5 mm probe head, it is ready for demanding general-purpose and fine-pitch measurement tasks.

The Keysight N2873A is a passive probe from the N2870A Series, offering DC to 500 MHz bandwidth and a 10:1 attenuation ratio for general-purpose oscilloscope measurements. It features a compact 2.5 mm probe head diameter and low input capacitance, making it well suited to probing densely populated IC components and surface-mount devices in high-speed digital applications. The spring-loaded probe tip prevents slipping off the device under test, while insulating IC caps keep the tip centred on IC leads and prevent shorting of adjacent pins. A standard flat-blade ground connector and self-adhesive copper ground pads help reduce ground inductance. The probe is automatically recognised (probe ID readout) when connected to compatible Keysight InfiniiVision and Infiniium Series oscilloscopes. It ships as standard with the Keysight 9000 Series Infiniium oscilloscope.

Shipping Policy

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is 'not as specified', you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition of Items: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, the email should accompany the order number, date and reason for return and must be within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than 'not as specified'.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
• Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item is 'not as specified', in this case we will arrange for the return by way of a prepaid shipping label.
