The Keysight (Agilent) N1422A is a High Value Resistor Box supplied as part of the N1299A-301 Evaluation Kit for the B2980 Series Femto/Picoammeter and Electrometer/High Resistance Meter instruments.
The N1422A allows engineers and lab technicians to evaluate the high resistance measurement capability of the B2985B and B2987B electrometers using the onboard 100 GΩ precision resistor. When used with an external voltage source, it also enables evaluation of low-level current measurement performance of the B2981B and B2983B Femto/Picoammeters. Additional coaxial and triaxial connectors on the box allow cables to be simply terminated for a wide variety of evaluation configurations.
