N1422A High Value Resistor Box for N1299A-301 Evaluation Kit

100 GΩ resistor for the resistance measurement evaluation
Interlock connector for over 21 V bias
Convenient additional coaxial and triaxial connectors for termination

The N1422A contains a 100 GΩ resistor to evaluate high resistance measurement capability of the B2985B and B2987B. Using an external voltage source, you can evaluate current measurement of the B2981B and B2983B Femto/Picoammeters as well. In addition it has coaxial and triaxial connectors to simply terminate the cables for a wide variety of evaluation.
