The E2697A high-impedance adapter lets you use high-impedance probes on Infiniium oscilloscopes with 50 Ω inputs. It provides switchable AC/DC coupling and selectable 1:1 or 10:1 attenuation. Keysight lists it with a 500 MHz passive probe in the Infiniium probes and accessories datasheet. The 10073C is a 10:1 passive oscilloscope probe compatible with 1 MΩ inputs
