This Agilent ACEA NovoCyte 2060R flow cytometer features a dual-laser (488 nm / 640 nm), 6-channel optical configuration. The unit has been tested using trial NovoExpress software and passes all self-tests. A validation sticker is affixed to the front panel indicating it has passed inspection. Licensed NovoExpress software can be obtained directly from Agilent. Note: fluidics station bottles are not included.

The Agilent (ACEA) NovoCyte 2060R is a benchtop flow cytometer from the NovoCyte family, configured with two lasers (488 nm and 640 nm) and four PMT detectors providing up to 6 fluorescence channels. It is designed for multicolour cell analysis in life science research, immunology, cell biology, and drug discovery applications. The instrument features a fixed optical alignment requiring no operator adjustment, a 170 x 290 µm rectangular quartz flow cell, and 24-bit detection providing a 7.2-decade logarithmic dynamic range with no need for PMT voltage adjustment.
