The Sandvik Coromant DNMG 110404-SF 1105 is part of the T-Max P product family — the first choice for general turning, covering operations from small components to medium and large-scale machining. T-Max P inserts fit all Sandvik Coromant high-performance holding systems and are suited to a wide variety of applications across all workpiece materials.

The DNMG 110404-SF 1105 features a hard carbide substrate coated with PVD TiAlN, delivering excellent heat and wear resistance and a prolonged tool lifespan. The SF (Super Finishing) chipbreaker geometry is specially designed for efficient chip removal and superior surface finish at medium cutting speeds, making these inserts ideal for finishing and light turning of steel and stainless steel components.
