These probe heads are designed for high-performance differential signal measurements on high-density ICs and PCBs, offering 12 GHz specified (12.5 GHz typical) bandwidth with very low loading. The variable lead span of 0.2–3.3 mm and 4" lead length make them well suited for accessing tight spaces such as DIMM sockets.

The Keysight N5381A is part of the InfiniiMax II probing system, designed to provide high-performance differential signal measurements on high-density ICs and PCBs. It is recommended for use with the 1168A and 1169A InfiniiMax II probe amplifiers, and is compatible with Keysight Infiniium DSO80000 and DSO90000 Series oscilloscopes. The N5381A uses an RC input impedance architecture for the lowest probe loading and least signal distortion across the full bandwidth range.
