The Stryker T2 Alpha and T2 Femoral Nailing Systems are comprehensive intramedullary nailing platforms designed for the fixation of femoral fractures. The T2 Alpha Femur Antegrade GT/PF Nailing System includes sterile implants (intramedullary nails in various diameters and sizes, compression screw, set screws, and end caps) as well as non-sterile instruments (targeting devices). The system supports both greater trochanteric (GT) and piriformis fossa (PF) entry for antegrade femoral nailing.

The Gamma3 R1.5 Long Nail is part of Stryker's comprehensive cephalomedullary nailing platform intended for fixation of stable and unstable femoral fractures occurring from the base of the femoral neck extending distally, including intertrochanteric, pertrochanteric, subtrochanteric fractures and femoral shaft fractures. The system is the result of over 30 years of continuous Gamma nail innovation and clinical history.

- Open and closed femoral fractures
- Pseudoarthrosis and correction osteotomy
- Pathologic fractures, impending pathologic fractures and tumour resections
- Supracondylar fractures, including those with intra-articular extension
- Ipsilateral femur fractures
- Fractures proximal to a total knee arthroplasty
- Fractures distal to a hip joint
- Nonunions and malunions
