The Marconi (IFR/Aeroflex) 6913 is a medium power thermocouple RF power sensor and forms part of the 6910 series within the broader IFR 6900 series sensor family. It is designed for use with compatible IFR, Marconi, and Aeroflex power meters including the 6950, 6960, 6960B, 6970, and 6200B series microwave test sets. Each sensor is supplied with individual calibration data and features an excellent return loss specification to minimise mismatch errors in power measurement. The 6913 is fitted with a precision MPC 3.5 mm male connector, making it suited for microwave measurements up to 26.5 GHz. A multiway output socket connects the sensor to the power meter via a sensor cable. Sensor calibration and linearity factors can be entered into compatible meters to maximise measurement accuracy.
