The Keysight N5440A is a set of five 450Ω ceramic Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) probe tips delivering 28 GHz bandwidth for use with the N5439A ZIF probe head in the InfiniiMax III/III+ probing system.
• 28 GHz bandwidth with industry-leading low signal loading for high-fidelity differential measurements
• Replaceable tip design — tips can remain soldered to the DUT as the probe head is repositioned
• Variable tip spacing from 5 mil to 80 mil (0.127 mm – 2 mm) for flexible DUT connection

Open box, as pictured. The Keysight N5440A is a kit of five 450Ω ceramic ZIF tips for the InfiniiMax III probing system, providing 28 GHz bandwidth with extremely low signal loading. Designed for differential measurements with the N5439A ZIF probe head, these ESD-sensitive ceramic tips can be left soldered to the DUT between probing sessions.

The following items are included in the sale:
• 5x Keysight N5440A 450Ω ceramic ZIF probe tips (in foam-lined protective carry case)
• Protective plastic carry case with ESD warning insert
• Tip carrier sporks (for soldering assistance, attached to tips)
