Open box, as pictured. The Keysight N5440A is a kit of five 450Ω ceramic ZIF tips for the InfiniiMax III probing system, providing 28 GHz bandwidth with extremely low signal loading. Designed for differential measurements with the N5439A ZIF probe head, these ESD-sensitive ceramic tips can be left soldered to the DUT between probing sessions.

The following items are included in the sale:
• 5x Keysight N5440A 450Ω ceramic ZIF probe tips (in foam-lined protective carry case)
• Protective plastic carry case with ESD warning insert
• Tip carrier sporks (for soldering assistance, attached to tips)

The Keysight (formerly Agilent) N5440A is a replacement tip kit for the InfiniiMax III probing system, providing five 450Ω ceramic Zero Insertion Force (ZIF) tips for use with the N5439A ZIF probe head. Designed for high-speed digital and RF probing applications, the N5440A delivers 28 GHz of bandwidth with normal sensitivity and the industry's lowest signal loading in the differential measurement configuration.

Because of their extremely low loading, the ZIF tips can be left soldered to the DUT as the probe head is moved from one probing site to the next, significantly reducing setup time and minimising signal disturbance. Each tip ships on a plastic carrier (spork) that aids in positioning and soldering the tip to the device under test; the carrier is then snapped off and discarded after soldering.

The N5440A is part of Keysight's InfiniiMax III RCRC-architecture probing ecosystem and is compatible with all InfiniiMax III and III+ probe amplifiers. It is not compatible with InfiniiMax I or II probe amplifiers.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: In the event of an item being received which is not as specified, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery.

• Return Method: All returns must be notified in writing to hello@ttinstruments.com, and the email should include the order number, date and reason for return within 14 days of delivery.
• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than not as specified.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
