We ship so that the equipment arrives before 1pm on first day of your chosen rental period.
Not always. We use current models that may have worked on previous projects, but every unit is within calibration, electrically tested and cleaned before it leaves our service lab.
We try to make the entire rental experience as easy as possible including proving a pre-paid returns label. Carriers will collect the package during normal business hours so its important someone is available to hand them the package.
Delays will incur the standard daily hire rate, starting from the day after we should have received the item, until it is back with us.
Fair wear and tear is on us. If an item is returned in a condition that prevents re-hire, we may charge for repair or – in extreme cases – for replacement.
Sometimes – ask us. If we have the same model in surplus stock we’ll happily quote a price.
