Shipping & Returns Policy

We want you to receive your item(s) in good condition, which is why all orders are sent securely packaged using padded envelopes, quality boxes, tape, bubble wrap, and packing peanuts where needed.Dispatch Times: All orders placed before 10 am Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same-day. Orders placed after 10 am will be shipped on the next working day. Certain orders will have EXTENDED dispatch times, this will be due to the size of the item, for example if it requires a pallet.UK Mainland: As default we ship all orders on a 1-2 working day service. International / UK Offshore: As default we ship all orders on a 3-7 working day service subject to customs clearance.CUSTOMS CHARGES: For all international orders, including the EU (as the UK is no longer part of the EU) you may be asked to pay import charges by customs in your country, this could be a combination of duty, VAT (tax) and/or admin charges by the shipping courier to handle the import paperwork. We are NOT liable for this.Returns: Once you receive your  parcel, if you're satisfied with it (which we're sure you will be), then great, be sure to leave us some feedback!If in the event that you're not 100% satisfied and it's within 14 days of receiving your parcel please open a return request by emailing us on hello@ttinstruments.com. Please ensure the return is tracked for your protection and identify yourself with your order number and name by adding a slip to the package, failure to do this will result in a delayed refund.Postage charges are only refunded when the goods are NOT as described, or the wrong item has been shipped. The item(s) will need to be returned in their original condition.  This does not affect your statutory rights. Once we receive your return, please allow 1-2 working days for it to be checked, processed and refunded.We will not accept any returns irrelevant of reason if a device has been opened without our written and explicit consent.
