The Lonza 4D-Nucleofector System is a modular electroporation platform designed for high-efficiency transfection of cell lines and primary cells, including difficult-to-transfect cell types. The system combines a Core Unit with interchangeable functional units to provide flexible, scalable Nucleofection across a range of research applications including gene expression studies, RNAi experiments, CRISPR/Cas9 genome editing, and protein production.

The Core Unit serves as the central controller for the entire 4D-Nucleofector System and connects to functional units via Lonza interface cables. It features a 5.7-inch foldable touchscreen display and runs intuitive software for designing, saving, and loading experimental setups. A USB port enables software updates and data transfer. A PC Editor software application allows experiments to be defined on a computer and transferred to the instrument via USB.

The X Unit is a functional module that supports Nucleofection of various cell numbers in different formats. It accommodates both 16-well 20 µL Nucleocuvette Strips and single 100 µL Nucleocuvette Vessels, enabling seamless transfer of conditions between different vessel types. It also features HV connectivity for the 96-well Shuttle Device.

• Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of up-to 20% is applicable for items returned for any reason other than 'not as specified'.
• Refund Method: Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving the return.
• Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. It will either be a replacement or a refund.
